After the dissapointment with other big names in the Cyberpunk genre, Cy_Borg became my new favorite game. The style, the ideas, the light rules. It's oozing with possibilities and it's a pleasure to read for the sake of reading it. It is an OSR style game with a rule system focused on improvization, randomess and player creativity. Most rolls fall on players hands (for example, you don't roll to attack, instead players roll to evade) which frees you as a GM to focus more on what happens and the history. Played with my usual group and even my kids, and it always surprised me where the game takes you.

I edited my review, it was 1 star before. I still don't like a lot of stuff they did ... but I reckon the new Edgerunners Kit is taking it more into the Cyberpunk I like (and not post-war). Also they had given good support to the game over the course of this years.

Good stuff. If you like weapons, of course.

Here you'll find most (if not all) weapons/ammunition from Cyberpunk 2020. Not only the stats, but the description and use as found in every manual ... and in which Book you will find the weapon. It even comes with a compilation of images for said weapons, but not all of them has a corresponding image.

Nothing more nothing less. So if you like weapons, this book is pretty handy.

If you wan't a d20 Modern version of D&D 4e ... this is it.

You need more? ... ooooookey ....

You'll have classes, ladders (a typical D&D class has been divided in two, class and ladder, and you combine them as you please), new skills, feats, equipment, monsters and new rules involving firearms and such. I suppose clases and ladders could have even more powers and such ... but I suppose this would be more expansion related or maybe web features.

I'm a bit disappointed with this adventure.

EP can be a daunting task to GM ... Glory is a good example as an adventure that guides you and teach you how the inner gears of EP works. Bump in the night is like "here there are NPC, here are maps, and this is the plot ... good luck".

And I don't lack imagination, what I lack is time and experience with the setting. And this adventure isn't helpful at all.
