I have a deep desagrement with the idea that a GM can ever be prepless. The simple fact that there need to be funds and time allocated to read The Prepless Game Master is, in itself, proof that a GM cannot be prepless. But, if you do take the time to read it and understand it's tools, it is indeed very usefull, and a good read.
