This can be used as more than a look at the aftermath to the fall of Traveller's 3rd Imperium setting. It can also be a resource for other Table Top RPGs like Stars Without Number, Alien, Mothership, Star Trek or Star Wars.
If a Game Master that is looking at a Galaxy Wide catastrophe and how it alters the landscape for their players than MT Hard Times is a go to book. It shows the type of adventures that can plausibly present themselves like refugee shuttling, the "doom trade", return of barter economy and a new reality for mercenaries (called Starmercs). The slang for Starmercs is particularly good.
The short two page plus adventures can be used, with a little changes, for any Sc-Fi setting or game. Worth the purchase!

I really liked this along with the line art for Bu's travel log. It is a great present and you can use these two as NPCs. The planet referenced in the download is well drawn and the section on Hlanssai Travellers is really good.

This is a godsend if you want to write for Mongoose Travellers' Aid Society of you have no formatting skills. Well done!

This is a survival adventure with some great art and a well played premise. A group of Travellers stranded on a wilderness world with only their fellow crewmates, skills and whatever they can creatively salvage. There are well balanced starvation and encounter mechanics for the Referee to use and the players to overcome!

Solomani Front gives the Solomani Rim and Alpha Crucis the Mongoose 2 refurbished look plus a good deal of Solomani Culture. Deep inside this lore is the mystery of how humaniti was taken from Sol (Earth) and planeted widely across this section of the Milky Way. The mystery isn't explained but the effects of the mystery on the Solomani is explained.
Some of the politics of the Solomani are layed out along with some great Imperium History. I love the ships and there are a few new variations on humaniti like the Selenites (Spacers who do well in low and zero-g) and Aquamorphs (underwater adapted).

This gives the basics for running a military campaign where the Travellers are Mercenaries. The idea that there is a "Ticket" which is the contracted mission and some mini-games for different levels of success if you don't play out all the outcomes with the player combat found in the Core Rules book.
The mini-games give Success for a "MISSION AND OPERATION RESOLUTION" using what is called an "ECEI check". There is also a more in-depth mini-game that looks into Infiltration, winning the Hearts and Minds of the local populace and Intelligence. This book is worth it if the Referee and the Players want to make due with anything from flavor and background to a whole wargame.

This is a Quickstart for the game so it is more a skeleton. If you like a game that lets you try out new aliens that aren't just humans with funny ears this is it! The setting is fun and very open for adventurel There is a Kickstarter for this https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dieselshot/changedstars
that funded in January 2022. It is a really good primer for this setting and the rules. You can see it played on Garblag Games. https://youtu.be/Sazqp3tcjSg

Where else can you get lots of lore like Brett Kramer's take on the cursed tome, "De Vermis Mysteriis" or a whole made up book of spectral stories like "Kingsport Ghosts"?
There are great NPCs and just what any Call of Cthulhu Keeper or Player needs, little details that enhances the games "suspension of disbelief" by building a suspension bridge of supernatural tinged background.

This has great background for Jump Drives as well as the Stats of a Manufacturing Ship. There is a Prison Break adventure and a very good NPC with a bounty to collect on. The art matches the great layout. Worth the money it if any of these are things you want in an adventure!

These are well done historical characters that you can use as NPCs or Investigators. They all have agency enough to move in any adventure but are diverse in ancestry and background. The long suffering wife of H.P. Lovecraft makes an appearence as does the African-American Pilot Bessie Coleman. The art and writing make for ease of reading and more importantly ready for you to use, as an Investigator or Keeper.
What's more is there may be a second one coming out!
I learned about this from the review from the great RPG YouTube Channel XPLovecat.

A great introduction to that gameplay flavor of Traveller that points toward going into the unknown or more mysteriously forgotten parts of space. It opens with a quote by that most wise of humans Carl Sagan and continues in that vein. Made as a showcase for those new to Mongoose 2 it also works for anyone who is a fan of Sci-Fi RPGs in general. It gives you character creation, skills, worlds, some spaceships that are perfect for exploration and combat if seeking out new worlds and new civilizations goes awry.

I use it for my on-line Traveller game and the only problem is that you have four panels to put together. The sensational sci-fi details like bathroom, cryopods and Beowulf superstructure are moere than worth the work. I may end up purchasing more of this artists work.

A great bit of text about that workhorse spaceship of Travellers who work to pay off that debt while getting into adventures mercantile or military, exploration or investigation. The writing by Martin J. Dougherty never disappoints and gives game mechanics along with adventure hooks and background. Matthew Sprange edits this well and the art and layout by Will Chapman and Amy Perrett follow the classic Traveller Little Black Book.

Finding a great niche for one of the more neglected aspects of making money in the Traveller Universe, Salvage. There are tables for new character class, the Salvor. It illuminates Imperial Law for flavor, game mechanics and narrative drive. Worth it at more than twice the price.
