I really do enjoy the Demon: The Descent gameline, and would rate this book a 5, because it is a great resource. My slightly lower rating is because this book is almost required to understand the original Demon: The Descent book! The first book was such an absolute, poorly explained mess, they needed to write a NEW book to explain it to players. At least this book also adds powers and stuff, but a lot of this is just basically "Hey, we did a reeeaaal bad job on the first book, and rewriting it would be hard. Please buy this one to make the first book less confusing."
